Category service uses canned queries instead instead of SOLR in the Category Manager console?

      Description

      When adding a category from Administration Console -> Category Manager, it does not appear just after a refresh.

      This is due to the fact that the categories display is using a SOLR search and the updated category needs be indexed. This can cause trouble to users if the system is overloaded and the SOLR indexing does not answer in a reasonable time.

      As an enhancement can the Category Manager use canned queries instead?
