Recovered documents / folder from trashcan page is not synced back to Cloud.

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Cloud sync is configured in OP;
      2. Any user is logged in the Share;
      3. The user is authorized to Cloud;
      4. Any site is created;
      5. Any folder is created in the site's Document Library;
      6. Any document is uploaded to the folder;
      7. Sync the folder to the Cloud;
      8. Delete the folder in OP;
      9. Verify the folder in the Cloud - the folder is removed from Cloud with all it's content;
      10. Open User Profile > Trashcan page;
      11. Recover the folder ;
      12. Verify the folder in OP;
      13. Verify the folder in Cloud;

      Expected: The folder appeared to Cloud and is synced. It contains all content.

      Actual result: The folder is not appeared to Cloud.

      Note: Issue is reproduced for documents.
