[Win7,Opera] Start a business process: Some menu items are not translated

Action Performed:
1. Open http://172.29.102.4:8080/share
2. Enter your login and passvord
3. Go to the section "My Files" and create any new document
4. In the right part of the card document, select "More" and press subparagraph "Start a business process"
5. Open a list of options to select a business process template

Expected Result:
In the Russian localization and see all the items in Russian

Actual Result:
Quite a lot of the items and explanations are not translated into other languages. English only.
