[Cloud Sync Manager] Sync Failure Type column is empty for "Owner not found" failures

      Description

      Prerequisites:
      1. Standard Cloud network is setup.
      2. Install Alfresco Enterprise 5.1.
      3. Apply a license with Cloud enabled and add the properties for cloud sync in alfresco-global.properties:

      hybridworkflow.enabled=true
      sync.cloud.url=https://APPLAUSECLD3a.alfresco.me/alfresco/a/{network}/
      sync.mode=ON_PREMISE
      system.serverMode=PRODUCTION
      

      4. Start Alfresco and authorize standard cloud accounts - admin users (e.g. user1@premiernet.test, user2@premiernet.test) with two different admin users on-premise (e.g. admin1, admin2).

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Create a site and invite the two admin users to the site (on premise).
      2. Login to Share (on-premise) with admin2, add a new document and synchronize it to cloud.
      3. Login to Share (on-premise) with admin1 user and delete admin2 user.
      4. Go to the Cloud environment and modify the document created by admin2.
      5. As admin1, request sync for a document created by admin2 (on-premise). Following entries are present in alfresco.log:

      6. As any admin user (e.g admin1) navigate to Admin Tools->Cloud Sync Manager page (on-premise).
      7. Apply "Owner not found" Sync Failure Type filter. Observe the entries from the Sync Table.

      Expected result:
      A new entry is present in the sync table. "The Sync Failure Type" column is updated with "Cannot synchronize the content to the cloud: the owner no longer exists." message.

      Actual result:
      "The Sync Failure Type" column is empty.

      Note - This is regression from 5.0.2
