6.1: dom4j uses illegal reflective access

      Description

      After Java 11 update the following warning can be observed in the logs when ACS starts up:

      • Spin up latest "all-amps" docker-compose: https://github.com/Alfresco/acs-packaging/blob/master/docker-alfresco/test/docker-alfresco-all-amps-test/test/docker-compose.yml
      • Observe logs:
