CLONE - Regression in yui splitter page rendering on FireFox/IE

Using FireFox or IE, navigate to the Share admin console or the Document Library - or anywhere that uses the YUI panel splitter component to divide up sections of the page. Use the panel resizer between the two sections and you will see the problem occur as you resize the area.
