      Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Create any site;
      2. Create wiki page contains russian letters in title and content and click on its name in Wiki page list;---->Page's name is displayed incorrectly;
      3. Open Wiki page list again, click Edit action and make some changes;
      4. Open Wiki page list (on try to Configure this page via Site wiki dashlet);

      Actual result:
      Instead of changing page a new page is created and its title is display incorrectly on (see att.);

      Expected result:
      Page title should be display correctly;
