Worklfow notification email is send to username instead of email address

      Description

      Situation:

      • multi tenant installation
      • tenant named "tenant"
      • user "user" in "tenant" (user@tenant) with email "localpart@example.com"

      Action:

      • login as admin@tenant
      • start workflow assigned to "user", enable sending of notification

      Expected result:

      • notification email is send to localpart@example.com

      Observed result:

      • the email is send to user@tenant instead of localpart@example.com

      Error:

      com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPAddressFailedException: 504 5.5.2 <user@tenant>: Recipient address rejected: need fully-qualified address

          I think this (emails to usernames containing @) has been fixed recently.
