      Description

While there are ways to reload content models that are stored in the repository we have been unable to find a way to perform this reloading for models stored on the classpath.

As we are moving towards the Alfresco SDK 2.0 that will include support for spring-loaded that is able to push updated code and configuration into a running alfresco instance, it would be amazing if we could configure the repository to automatically detect changes to content model files and reload them or to have a webscript that can be pinged to cause the reloading.

We have not been able to get the old console in Explore to perform this reloading for models on the classpath. And that console is very complex to hit from a script because it requires some JSF session magic.
