Directory watching doesn't work for filenames > 10 chars

      Description

Using a directory watcher in JLAN gives invalid results when the filenames being returned from the watched share are longer than 10 characters.
Using the jlanWatch demo program, if the remote server returns a notification for a filename (including path) that is longer than 10 characters, the program returns output like:

      Unknown : null
      Unknown : null

indicating it cannot determine the type of event, or the name of the file involved.
Whereas for shorter filenames, jlanWatch returns output like:

      Added : TsHNMtKJre
      Modified : TsHNMtKJre

(TsHNMtKJre is the name of the file being created on the server during the test. Note that it is 10 characters long.)

The problem seems to be due to the remote server switching to a different variation of the notification response for longer filenames. I will go into more detail in a comment later.

I've tried with both Windows Server 2008R2 and Windows Server 2012 servers, and the results are the same. A native Windows program using the Windows API does receive the correct notifications, so this is not the result of a corrupted server or bad network.

      I'm testing with JLAN 5.0.a.
