Impossibility to add content when Content Rule 'Transform and Copy image to a specific place' is created

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create "Test1" and "Test2" folders;
2. Open "Test1" folder and create a rule which Transforms All Items into JPG format and copies them to "Test2" folder;
3. Try to add file with .doc format to "Test1" folder -> Error message appears(see screenshot):
