      Description

      Steps:
      1. Open file-servers.properties (/alfresco/extension/subsystems/fileServers/default/default);
      2. Add the following string to filesystem block and save the file:
      filesystem.acl.global.protocolAccessControls=nfs,ftp,others
      filesystem.acl.global.protocolAccessControls.value.nfs.accessType=Read
      filesystem.acl.global.protocolAccessControls.value.nfs.checkList=NFS
      filesystem.acl.global.protocolAccessControls.value.ftp.accessType=Read
      filesystem.acl.global.protocolAccessControls.value.ftp.checkList=FTP

      3. Restart Alfresco;
      4. . Log in to FTP and try to create any file there;

      Expected results:
      4. Impossible to create file because system is in read-only mode for FTP;

      Actual results:
      4. File was created successfully for FTP;
