      Description

      Pre-condition:
      1. User1, User2 are created;

      Steps
      1. Open alfresco-global.properties or alfresco/extension/subsystems/fileServers/default/default/*.properties (NOT under WEB-INF folder);
      2. Add the following string to filesystem block and save the file:
      filesystem.acl.global.userAccessControls=User1,User2
      filesystem.acl.global.userAccessControls.value.User1.accessType=Read
      filesystem.acl.global.userAccessControls.value.User2.accessType=Write
      3. Restart Alfresco;
      4. Log in to Alfresco using CIFS (FTP) as User1 and try to upload any content item;
      5. Log in to Alfresco using CIFS (FTP)as User2 and try to upload any content item;

      Expected results:
      5. File is uploaded successfully for User1 ;Content item is not uploaded for User2

      Actual results:
      5. User1 and User2 cannot open Folder "Alfresco" (Folder "Alfresco" is empty).
