Cross referenced Web Projects stops Alfresco

Pre-condition:
1. Web Project "A" (DNS name - A) is created;
2. Web Project "B" (DNS name - B) is created;
3. Layered folder at Web Project "B" with title "Transparent_B" is created in Web Project "A";
4. Layered folder at Web Project "A" with title "Transparent_A" is created in Web Project "B";
5. Web Project "B" is opened;
6. Any content item "Test" is created;

Steps:
1. Submit content item "Test" directly to Staging sandbox;

Expected results:
1. Content item is submitted successfully;

Visible results:
Content item isn't submitted successfully and Alfresco server is stoped.
