Dashboard should persist the previous app definition's data after republish the app

      Description

      1) Go to APW and view dashboard values, if empty create process and view data.
      2) Go to APS and republish the same app without any changes.
      3) Check again the dashboard values for the same app.
      Expected
      Should reflect the old values as in step 1
      Actual
      Its showing empty .
