Published externally posts doesn't appear on BROWSE POSTS tree at "Blog" page

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Create any site and open "Blog" page;
      2. Press "Create Post" button, enter something into fields and press "Publish internally and externally" button -> "Blog post published" message appears;
      3. Go to "BROWSE POSTS" tree and press "Published externally" link -> there isn't created externally post;
      4. Configure blog and press "Publish externally" button for created post -> message about failure appears
      Failure
      Unable to publish to external blog ;
      5. Go to "BROWSE POSTS" tree and press "Published externally" link -> there isn't created externally post;

      Expected result:
      Created externally post should display at "Published externally" section on "BROWSE POSTS" tree.

        We have to reopen the issue because it occurs in Alfresco 3.0 sp1 build 214, env: Windows 2003 R2 SP2 x64, Tomcat 6.0.18, Mysql 5.0.51b, JDK 6u7 x32, Win XP, FF2.
