Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to Alfresco Explorer as admin;
2. Create any content( e.g. multi.txt).
3. Click Make Multilingual from Actions menu for created content. Specify Author and select English . Click Ok button.
2. Click Add Translation. Upload any file( e.g. "multi new.txt"). Select the German and click OK button.
3. Click Add Translation Without Content. Specify Author and select French. Click Ok button.
4. Go to user's profile and select English in Content Language Filter.
5. Go to the place where multilingual contents are located
Exp. result: Only content with English is displayed
Act result: All content are displayed.
6. Go to user's profile and select German in Content Language Filter, Go to the place where multilingual contents are located.
Exp. result: Only content with German is displayed.
Act result: All content are displayed
7. Go to user's profile and select French in Content Language Filter, Go to the place where multilingual contents are located.
Exp. result: Only content with French is displayed
Act result: All content are displayed.
The issue may be stack specific, because everything works fine on QALAB Stack 1 - RHEL 6.4 x64bit PostgreSQL 9.2.4 postgresql-9.0.802.jdbc4.jar Tomcat 7.0.42 JDK 7 U25 X64 Alfresco+ OpenLDAP 2.4.23 Schema 2* Windows 8.1 IE 11.
