Create an upgrade script to simplify upgrade process.

Summary of the Enhancement:

Customer would like an easier method for upgrades. They would like an upgrade script or documented process that updates the current version inline. The complaint is with the recommended upgrade process which includes creating a parallel install of the new version and restoring a backup into it.

Customer's environment, including version:

Alfresco Enterprise 4.1.1, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle.

Desired behaviour:

An upgrade script that will updates the current version to a newer version inline, meaning not needing to install the new version from scratch on a separate folder and then migrate old data. It should be made simpler, 1 step process.

Business case:

We should not have to install from scratch every time we upgrade.
