Stripping attachments of MS Outlook (*.msg) email messages

If a Microsoft Outlook email file (*.msg) containing attachments is uploaded into the Alfresco repository, the attachments are not stored separately as child nodes of the original email messages. Instead, the binary data that represents the attached files remain as part of the email message payload. To reproduce:

1. Save a Microsoft Outlook email message (or similar) containing an attachment to local drive.
2. Upload email message file (this was done using Share, WebDAV and CIFS)
3. Check the email message in Share in the properties section. It will not contain a link to the attachment. (Note: such links to appear with email messages containing attachments if Alfresco is being used as an email server.)
3. Browse the node browser to the email message. No child links will appear for email message.
