When clicking on a folder name in search results that contains an ampersand (&), you are taken to an error page

If a folder contains ampersand (&) in folder name and if you search for the folder, the search results page generates incorrect url.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a folder in any site with name "1111 a & b"
2. Now search for term "1111 a" in top right search box
3. The search results gives "1111 a & b" as part of search result
4. When you click on search result it takes to you a page showing error message "No items"

Expected Behaviour
Clicking on folder in search results takes you to the content of the folder. This is the observed behavior when the ampersand is replaced with "and".
