SSO bypass url does not work for external authentication

    Details

      Description

      How to reproduce?
      =================
      1) create a 5.1.0 system (linux pg tomcat) with external auth and alfrescoNtlm, that is, in your alfresco-global.properties you append:

      authentication.chain=external1:external,alfrescoNtlm:alfrescoNtlm
      external.authentication.proxyUserName=
      external.authentication.proxyHeader=X-Alfresco-Remote-User

      2) activate alfrescoHeader based SSO in share-config-custom.xml (see attached)

      3) using firefox + modify header plugin, create a config where you add a header named

      X-Alfresco-Remote-User

      with value

      foouser1

      to each request.

      4) confirm you get SSO to:
      http://localhost:8080/alfresco/webdav

      5) confirm you get SSO to:
      http://localhost:8080/share

      6) turn off the modify header plugin

      7) restart your firefox client and clear your browser cache

      8) go again to
      http://localhost:8080/share

      Result:
      =======

      You are redirected as expected to:

      http://localhost:8080/share/page?pt=login

      BUT

      the page is white (except a Simple+Smart logo in bottom right corner see screen shot)

      Expected result:
      ===============
      Login form is displayed at
      http://localhost:8080/share/page?pt=login
      and not a white page.

      Notes:
      ======
      1) this is the equivalent of MNT-15841 for external auth
      2) alfrescoNtlm is typically used by admins
      3) turning off CSS makes the login form appear and then the alfrescoNtlm users can login
