User is requesting the ability to set authentication.ticket.useSingleTicketPerUser conditionally for non-admin users and for admin users. In other words, admin users should have a userSingleTicketPerUser=true/false while non-admin users should have this same setting but have it where it only applies for them.
Currently, when this setting is set to true or false, it does not take into regard whether the user is an admin user or a non-admin user. The customer's use case is such that they have users being granted tickets with Alfresco from different systems. These systems track returned Alfresco tickets when multiple session per user is enabled. However, if one of these users logs off from one system, the desire is that this should not log off a user from another system. In their environment, their admin user does not fall into this scenario and should not be given multiple tickets.
