Summary of the Enhancement
Out of office function - ability for a user to enter the dates of their absence and set alternative user/group to own those only for the duration of their absence.
If a user is absent, it is not possible to reassign their 'My Tasks' to another user/group for the specific duration of their absence and have those automatically reassigned to the user on their return.
1. User shall be able to enter absence date in user profile
2. User shall be able to name someone who works tasks for him/her in his/her absence
3. User shall be able to cancel absence at any time
4. If absence is cancelled, all tasks that would normally be assigned to user shall be reassigned back to that user
The ability to have tasks assigned to other users in an individual's absence and automatically reassigned to them on their return makes sure that tasks are not either left with no-one able to access or not picked back up on individual's return.
