In case there are non-English characters appearing in the list of tenant events under Identity Management, those characters are displayed as unicode reference.
Steps to reproduce
1. Login as admin to activiti-app
2. In Identity Management->Organization create a new group named "マネージャー" (Japanese for "Managers")
3. After the group was created go to Identity Management->Tenants->Events and review the last event description
The event description replaces non-English charcaters with unicode reference, e.g.

The event description should not replace non-English characters and look like
- Reproduced with latest APS 1.7 release
- Issue is also reproducible if using Japanese browser locale
