      Description

Using reload" or "reEncrypt" operations in the JMX console, it creates the following error: "Problem invoking reload: java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to create SAVEPOINT: createPropertyUniqueContext"

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Backup the current key store and generate a new one in its place
      2. Modify alfresco-global.properties to allow Alfresco to recognize both the main and backup key stores
      3. Modify alfresco-global.properties to allow a local JMX connection and enable bootstrap re-encryption
      4. Start Alfresco
      5. Establish a connection to Alfresco through JConsole
      6. Backup the current key store and generate a new one in its place
      7. Attempted to perform key registration and re-encryption by executing the reEncrypt() operation under Alfresco->Encryption/Operations,

      Observed Behavior:
Occasionally, it throws the following error and will not proceed:
"Problem invoking reload: java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to create SAVEPOINT: createPropertyUniqueContext"

      Expected Behavior:
Re-encryption and key registration works after generating new key store.
