Summary of the Enhancement
Add a retention schedule (with 'Cut off' and 'Destroy' steps) to Category folder.

GS API to create a retention schedule with 'Cut off' and 'Destroy' steps.
The following folder hierarchy in Records Management File Plan required:
-Lease Documents (Category Folder, Retention schedule is defined).
-Fiscal Year (Record Folder).
-Region 1 ( Record folder will be created dynamically based up on the current record region no).
-State (Record folder).
-Lease no (Record folder).
-Lease Document (Record).
A retention schedule will be defined at 'Lease Documents' (Record Category) level and all the below folders starting from 'Fiscal Year' will be created dynamically through script based upon the current records metadata.
It's not possible to have more than one level of 'Record Folder' under Category. Also tried to create 'Fiscal Year', 'Region 1' and 'State' as Record Category type but the retention schedule didn't work.
So need to have more than one level of Record Folders OR create 'State' as Category type and set Retention Schedule in the script. **
