      Description

      Steps to reproduce

      1 Upload a .DOCX document to Share
      2 The Author property is extracted
      3 Edit the Author of the document offline
      4 Upload a new version of the document with the new Author value

      Observed behaviour

      The value for Author in Share stays the same
      The value for Author in the Node Browser stays the same

      Expected behaviour

      The value for Author is updated in Share and in the Node Browser

      There was https://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/MNT-15024 created for PDF documents. The request here is for MS Office documents (at least .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx, .xls, .xlsx if not all), to be able to set the metadata update policy to EAGER.

      There is some unexpected behaviour when using AOS and making changes to the title of a document editing online => The Title is updated whereas the Author is not.
