      [Actual Behaviour]
Poor quality of TIFF file in Flash-Preview

      [Expected Behaviour]
      It should show correctly.

      [Additional infomation]
      1. Normal tiff files are correctly shows in the preview, so this happens only if we use older version tiff created by such as "Ascent Capture 7.0". Anyway, "Ascent Capture 7.0" is EOSL as the following page shows.

I attached the following two Tiff files.

          • Example_Tiff.tiff <--- Older version of tiff, which was created by "Ascent Capture 7.0".
          • Example_Tiff_resaved.tiff <--- Normal version of tiff, which I converted the Example_Tiff.tiff to the normal version of tiff.

We have looked into this issue. It appears to be an imagemagick bug. This particular TIFF file format is 1 bit i.e. black and white and also reports a warning when processed by imagemagick: convert.exe: w:\Example_Tiff.tiff: unknown field with tag 33000 (0x80e8) encountered. `TIFFReadDirectory'.
If we perform a multi-stage transform then it does correctly deal with it.
We believe it should be raised with imagemagick as a bug for them to fix first.
