IE9: Impossible to add data from clipboard when editing comment - all existing data is overwritten when pasting data from clipboard

      Description

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Login to the Share as any user
      2. Create any site
      3. Create any document/folder in the site's Document Library
      4. Add any comment with any correct data, e.g.
        test comment
      5. Start editing comment
      6. Copy any correct data to clipboard, e.g.
        edited
      7. Paste the data to a new line in the comment

      Observed Result: All previous data is overwritten by the pasted one. I.e. the following is displayed:

      edited
      

      Expected Result: All previous and added data should be present. I.e.:

      test comment
      edited
      

      NOTES:

      1. The issue is not reproduced in FF v24.0 and Google Chrome v30.0.1599.69 m
      2. The issue is not reproduced on Enterprise v4.1.6 (r56438-b59) schema 5122, so this is a regression.
