      Description

      As a business analyst I can edit the settings for the a property against a type or aspect that has previously created.

      For Active models:
      New properties can be created.
      Existing properties can be edited as per the existing service limitations. A meaningful exception will be thrown and shown to the user for unsupported changes.
      The following fields are not editable in the UI:
      name
      datatype
      multiple

      For Inactive models:
      Properties can be added/updated/deleted as per the create capabilities.
