 Description   

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create or upload a .txt, .docx document/record in Collaboration site/Records Management that would need to be converted to .pdf for it to be previewed.
2. Observe the preview.

Expected results:

The preview is available.

Actual results:

An error is thrown at the conversion to .pdf.

This randomly reproduces due to the fact that OfficeManager stops and also when Records Management is not installed on Alfresco.

We believe that this is the same issue as ITSD-2490, seen by Christine Thompson [X] on TS.
The issue has also previously been reported by Mark Howarth.
It appears to be intermittent but persistent.

Not a bug. Considering the error you sent us there is a port hanging in there. We have to check if ports are available before starting alfresco.
