Steps to reproduce:
1. Create or upload a .txt, .docx document/record in Collaboration site/Records Management that would need to be converted to .pdf for it to be previewed.
The preview is available.
An error is thrown at the conversion to .pdf.
Please see the logs attached.
This randomly reproduces due to the fact that OfficeManager stops and also when Records Management is not installed on Alfresco.

Not a bug. Considering the error you sent us there is a port hanging in there. We have to check if ports are available before starting alfresco.
