Solr 6 with SSL enabled

Issue Links:
Build Location: https://bamboo.alfresco.com/bamboo/browse/ALF-EPACK26-32
Build Number: 17
User Interface

To reproduce:
1) Start alfresco and solr 6 with ssl enabled.
2) Navigate to admin console and select Index server sharding.
3) Select the manage button.
4) Add solr location to index server input e.g. https://localhost:8983/solr
5) Select create alfresco or archive

It does not create a working index.

It needs to add:

It may also need to set the port if this was changed at installation time,.

Low impact fix on an admin screen calling existing verified functionality.
Does not affect search behaviour once it is confirmed the index is built and tracking as expected.

We are going to ship with a button that works in some configurations (no SSL) but not the default for the installer?
Part of the default SOLR 6 install experience is an easy way to make the default indexes - if you want them - via the admin console.

This is broken. It makes a non SSL configured index in all cases. So the button seems to work but sets the wrong options.

Triaged in meeting on 9th December. Fix Version set to 5.2 to clarify that these are GA blockers.
