 Description   

Revert the change done in MNT-8678, it changed the REST API and caused a series of regressions.
The revert will also impact 4.2.5, 5.0.2, 5.0.3 and 5.1.

Also re-fix the original issue in MNT-8678 - guessMimetype() should not create the content property if it doesn't exist.
