 Description

[Replication steps/Current behaviour]
There is no groping functionality in APS except for the links on the left panel (My processes, Shared with Me, Shared with others, Favorited). There is currently also no tagging functionality available for better grouping of App Designer elements.

*[Desired behaviour] *

This request is to be able to visually group the Processes, the Decision Tables, the Data Models, the Stencils and the Forms in the App Designer. Those are already grouped by applications, but this cannot be used in the UI for better visibility. The customer would also like to be able to tag those app designer components and then group by tag.

*[Business case] *

If you have a large number of process models (or other components), the only way to find them is using the search functionality. This requires to implement a good naming convention or it can be very time consuming to find the desired item.

The customer needs to be able to find the process models quickly. Currently, it takes too long to search for models with the current UI.
